How a design is Validated?

  • Accelerated testing replicating field conditions as much as possible.
  • Burn-in test @ increased load.
  • ON/OFF test for say 5000 cycles for lifetime switching test.
  • Extensive Load test with Thermal scanning of the entire unit mainly the power components using thermal sensors for continuous operation test.
  • Pilot batches are sent in the field for evaluation before gradual production start.
